At times, it is necessary to seek therapy in order to address dysfunctional or unhealthy patterns, adjust to new life changes, or examine relationships.  

I provide therapy in a safe and supportive environment in my private practice office located at 425 North New Ballas Road in St. Louis, Missouri.

Hourly session fee is $85.  If needed, a sliding scale will be provided. Weekday, weekend & evening appointments available. 

Therapeutic specialities include post-partum depression, anxiety and adjustment issues, body image, eating disorders, life transitions, balancing career, self and family; codependency, marital and family counseling, and general mental health issues.

While I do not bill insurance directly, I will provide a billing statement to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.  Many insurance providers are likely to reimburse for out-of-network providers. 

COACHING SERVICES:

• Personal life coaching  - for individuals wishing to make life changes.  Focuses on specific projects, tasks, or goals. This service allows you to identify goals, self-defeating behaviors that keep you stuck, and a tangible plan to achieve your goals.

•  Wellness coaching - emphasizes the integration of mind, body, and spirit in order to create a life of peace and abundance.  This service allows you to identify physical/ emotional/ spiritual energy drains; improve nutrition and exercise habits; and enhance personal self-care to help you work towards complete wellness! 

• Relationship/couples coaching - designed to help couples improve the quality of their relationship.  This is accomplished by identifying relationship-enhancing goals, and creating a specific plan for improvement.
• Family coaching - focuses on specific ways to improve the quality of important family relationships.  The whole family is welcome to participate!

Each monthly life coaching package includes 5 coaching sessions and free spot coaching in between sessions.   Life Coaching fees start at $300/month*.  Please call for details.
